A fun session, designed to get you started with spinning. Come and learn about how the fleece is prepared for spinning. Have a go at learning how to spin using a traditional Ashford wheel. Finish the day with a skein of your own handspun yarn to take home. All you need is to make your skein is provided including use of a spinning wheel throughout the day. Teas and coffees are provided throughout the day. Lunch may be purchased locally or you are welcome to bring your own with you.

Learn the basic steps in knitting in a fun environment! By the time the class ends you will be able to cast on, knit and purl leaving you ready to start your first project!

For the class you will need knitting needles and appropriate yarn but don't worry if you haven't got these as you can buy them on the day and get 10% discount!!!
