Shipping & Delivery: We do our best to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day. During busy periods this time may increase slightly and we will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. If you have not received your UK order (or an email offering an alternative delivery schedule) within 5 working days of placing it at our website, please contact us. International orders usually take longer to arrive. For orders outside the U.K. please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges: You can return any unused goods for exchange or refund up to 7 days from the delivery date. They must be in the condition we supplied them, e.g. the yarn must have ball bands and knitting needles should be in original packaging.
